Main Responsabilities:
* Understand how consumers use products, why they use them, what they expect from them, what they value, and how well the products meet their needs and expectations.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in existing products and innovation opportunities for new products based on consumer insights.
* Design and conduct product tests in our Marketing Lab from the consumer's perspective, using the products personally with technical protocols that replicate in-home usage habits.
* Design and carry out studies with real consumers, whether in our facilities, those of suppliers, in their own homes, or at the point of sale.
* Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales in the development of new products that meet consumer needs and expectations.
* Generate, channel, and disseminate relevant consumer insights to Marketing, Sales, R&D, and the company's Executive Team.
* Host client visits to the Marketing Lab, presenting the lab and the activities carried out within it.
