Representing the voice of the consumer within the company, generating valuable insights based on in-depth knowledge of consumers and products in our categories and markets.
Identify opportunities for improvement in existing products and innovation opportunities for new products based on consumer insights.
Design and conduct product tests in our Marketing Lab from the consumer's perspective, using the products personally with technical protocols that replicate in-home usage habits.
Design and carry out studies with real consumers, whether in our facilities, those of suppliers, in their own homes, or at the point of sale.
Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales in the development of new products that meet consumer needs and expectations.
Generate, channel, and disseminate relevant consumer insights to Marketing, Sales, R&D, and the company's Executive Team.
Host client visits to the Marketing Lab, presenting the lab and the activities carried out within it.
Knowledge of market and consumer research techniques
Ability to understand and develop product usage protocols for technical testing
Strong organizational and planning capabilities
