ZM Capital is seeking a General Manager for their ultra-luxury wellness retreat in Spain. The role entails full ownership of property operations, from pre-opening to guest experience and P&L; management. Adecuado candidates have extensive experience in ultra-luxury settings and must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
This position offers a competitive base salary of €120k–€180k, plus bonuses and benefits including accommodation and private health insurance.
