Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and govern Fluidra's AI architecture and technology direction, serving as the technical authority on AI and ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with IT strategy. You will lead architectural decisions while contributing hands-on to early-stage AI projects and MLOps practices. You will mentor AI engineers and collaborate with business, IT, data teams and external partners to build AI capabilities at scale. This is a strategic, hands-on position at the heart of decision-making in a global leader in its industry.

• Define end-to-end AI architecture, platform requirements, and integration patterns across cloud, on-prem and hybrid environments
• Set architectural standards, design principles and best practices for AI solutions
• Act as the technical authority for AI technologies, platforms and frameworks

Responsabilidades
• Artificial Intelligence and software architecture with proven enterprise-grade AI solutions
• 10+ years of software engineering with strong architecture background
• At least 5 years designing and deploying AI/ML systems in production
• ≥1 year hands-on Generative AI/LLM-based solutions in production
• Experience in corporate or consulting environments
• Experience integrating AI into complex IT landscapes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentoring and capability development for AI Engineers
