On behalf of an international industrial company, Manpower is recruiting a Product Manager specialized in reactive polyurethane hotmelt adhesives for textile, flat and technical applications.

Key responsibilities
\n
- Define and execute product strategy in coordination with R&D;, Technical Service and Sales
- Lead product development, validation and launch activities
- Act as technical reference during customer projects and sales engagements
- Analyze market trends, competition and portfolio performance
Requirements\n
- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or similar
- Minimum 15 years of experience in reactive PU hotmelt adhesives
- Background in product management, technical service and/or sales support
- Fluent xugodme English; other languages valued
- Availability to travel across Europe
