At RDT Ingenieros, we are strengthening our automotive validation and quality teams, and we are looking for a Test Manager / Error Manager – HV Systems to join our projects in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area .
The Test Manager coordinates testing activities, plans resources, and ensures all test phases are executed according to project milestones. The Error Manager leads issue tracking, analysis, and resolution across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain test plans, test catalogues, and milestones.
Coordinate test benches, vehicles, and internal/external teams.
Track validation progress and ensure test coverage.
Manage error tickets (KPM), moderate error rounds, and elevate critical issues.
Prepare documentation for releases (Testkonzept, reports, status updates).
Communicate with suppliers, brands, and internal teams.

What we're looking for
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with VWAG tools (System42, DOORS, AVW, KPM).
Understanding of HW/SW interactions in HV batteries or energy systems.
Ability to coordinate cross‐functional teams and drive resolution processes.
Proactive attitude and a solution‐oriented mindset.
