This position will be based in Madrid, Spain.
Reporting to the Global E-Business & CRM Manager, as a Customer Experience Intern you will have the opportunity to:
Customer Care platform management
Customer Service requests management
Transversal collaboration with different stakeholders to solve orders enquiries.
Providing support via telephone/email in English and Spanish
Assistance with administrative and ecommerce operations tasks: stocks, orders, materials, etc.
Continuous analysis of customer behavior, taking relevant insights and proposals to launch to improve Customer Experience for the brand.
Take part of the definition of Customer Care at global level for an omnichannel environment.
Profile:
PROFILE
Studies: Degree in Marketing, or similar
Languages: High level of English, Japanese IS A PLUS
Experience: not necessary
Possibility of signing an agreement with the university or school of studies.
