We are currently looking for Fleet & Financial Service Manager of South EU, the details Job responsibilities as below:

Who You Are: The Fleet & Financial Service Manager of South EU is responsible for managing and developing the fleet (B2B) and automotive financial services business within the South Europe. The role focuses on executing regional fleet and leasing strategies, supporting volume growth, profitability, and portfolio quality through competitive fleet solutions, financial products, and close collaboration with key customers and internal stakeholders. This position plays an important role in strengthening brand presence, supporting customer lifecycle value, and ensuring sustainable business performance in the south region.

Key Responsibilities Fleet & Account Management
* Execute the regional fleet and key account strategy in line with HQ and national commercial objectives.
* Manage and develop relationships with corporate, rental, leasing, and public sector customers within the South Region.
* Support fleet penetration, customer retention, and long‑term account development.
* Coordinate fleet pricing proposals, tender processes, and contract negotiations at regional level.
Financial Leasing & Mobility Solutions
* Manage and promote financial leasing, operating leasing, PCP, and other mobility solutions in the region.
* Ensure financial offers are competitive while meeting profitability and risk guidelines.
* Work closely with captive finance or external financial partners to support leasing solutions for fleet customers.
* Support the local rollout of new mobility or usage‑based products.
Pricing, Residual Value & Risk Control
* Support fleet pricing execution in close cooperation with pricing, finance, and residual value teams.
* Monitor regional portfolio performance, including profitability and asset risk indicators.
* Identify potential risks and support corrective actions in line with HQ & Europe policies.
Product & Lifecycle Support
* Provide regional input to product planning teams on fleet‑relevant vehicle configurations and specifications.
* Support volume planning and allocation for fleet channels in the South Region.
* Assist in lifecycle and end‑of‑life planning from a fleet and financial services perspective.
Market & Competitor Monitoring
* Monitor regional fleet and financial services market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Track local regulatory, tax, and incentive developments affecting fleet and leasing demand.
* Share market insights with HQ and relevant stakeholders.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Product, and National Sales Companies to ensure smooth execution.
* Support alignment between HQ strategy and Europe regional market needs.
* Contribute to regional projects, pricing discussions, and operational improvements.
What You Bring
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry or mobility services.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Master preferred.
* Deep knowledge of fleet sales models, financial leasing products, and pricing structures.
* Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of residual value and asset risk management.
* Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.
* Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into business decisions.
* Strategic thinker with a handson, results‑iented approach.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures and functions.
* High resilience and ability to operate in complex, fast‑changing environments.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g. Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus.
