Senior Auditor

"Marta, what will my day-to-day look like wearing the blue sweater?" I asked myself the same. We are looking for a Senior Auditor. In this role, you will provide insights through audit projects, develop an understanding of the business and its risks, co-develop audit approaches, and report outcomes. This role offers an international platform to share knowledge, learn new audit approaches, and advance your career.
Your responsibilities include:
* Developing your knowledge and business awareness while building relationships
* Ensuring business safety by delivering relevant local and global audits, collaborating with the Audit Manager to define scope, risks, and techniques (including data analytics)
* Owning your audit work, applying professional judgment, and documenting/reporting results according to standards
* Influencing the business by agreeing on actions and finalizing audit reports, with support as needed
* Contributing to the global audit team by sharing technical knowledge and participating in training
How do you fit in? You don’t need to meet 100% of the requirements, but ideally you have:
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or professional qualification
* Over 5 years of experience in Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or related first-line roles in insurance
* Knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, control frameworks, and audit testing
* Ability to interact with all seniority levels and build relationships
* Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
* Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
* Experience with data analytics
* A team player who can also work independently
* Passion for growth and development
