As our Growth Enablement Manager, you will drive growth opportunities in the Customs Area for your assigned product, leveraging extensive commercial, technical, and market understanding. You will also support your colleagues in enhancing their sales capabilities and knowledge, increasing confidence to grow profitability with customers, and developing integrated solutions. Additionally, you will identify business opportunities in core and new verticals, staying ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop opportunities for the product in collaboration with the commercial teams.
* Coordinate with the pricing team to maximize opportunities brought forward by commercial teams.
* Maximize synergies and overall profitability on opportunities.
* Participate in RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes with sales, ensuring proposals are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with global, regional, and area standards.
* Review contracts to ensure product technical standards and requirements are met.
* Support new business pursuits with sales and internal stakeholders to deliver timely and sound proposals.
* Approach new leads jointly with relevant sales colleagues, transferring opportunity ownership in line with sales accountability.
* Assist sales in pursuing deals through inbound leads, marketing efforts, trade shows, existing relationships, etc.
* Lead sales calls to promote product capabilities to target customers, leveraging product knowledge.
* Provide product expertise as a consultant to internal stakeholders.
* Represent the voice of the customer within the product organization.

Who we are looking for

* Experience working in the Customs area.
* Extensive product knowledge, including market strategies.
* Understanding of financial and pricing concepts.
* Deep knowledge of local industry market trends within the geo-scope.
* Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional decision-making and execution.
* Stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
* Ability to simplify complex product solutions for internal sales teams and customers.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
