Your Day-to-Day
* Offer friendly and timely support to Portuguese-speaking Facebook users
* Investigate and resolve account and content issues
* Monitor abuse reports and uphold community standards
* Spot trends and escalate complex problems when needed
* Use your insights to improve the way we work
What You Bring
* ️ Fluency in Spanish and English
