While working in a multidisciplinary team across different business functions, you will get the chance to grow your network, learn Cytiva- Pall’s unique business model and gain or develop sales, marketing and operational skills for your future career.
Your persistent approach to supporting our customer facing activities will contribute directly to our success and play a key role to improve customer experience.
Your partnership and support of sales and marketing team associates will further develop the sales funnel and voice of customer (VOC).
On daily basis, you will help develop and maintain efficient processes and standard operational protocols (SOP) for customer proposals and selling activities.Support field sales efforts in achieving their territory and market business plans by handling customer inquiries and providing product and technical support.Provide prompt response including quotes, technical advice, and guidance in a timely manner.Dispatch e-mails, information and telephone calls to the relevant persons.Support effective follow-up activity to nurture opportunities with relevance and a straightforward approach that invites ongoing collaboration.Liaise with engineering & manufacturing for customised solutionsPopulate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in CRMCollect and provide constructive feedback to management with the intent of driving continuous improvement of the inside sales processEngage clients and prospects via phone and emails to identify sales opportunities for immediate closure, funnel placement, or assignment for the development and growth business.Contribute to creative promotional programsPrepare weekly and Monthly Activity Reports to assess territory and market conditions.Suggest and implement improvements to increase sales effectiveness and administration processesManage pre-agreed category C & D customersUse customer information to select and size appropriate Pall Products in order to offer customer quotations

The Opportunity:
This exciting opportunity is to join our EMEA team as a Technical Inside Sales Associate where you will complement Pall's commercial teams, in Spain, to generate sales and ensure Customer Satisfaction.

Your Mission
You will report to the Medical Technical Inside Sales Leader for EMEA and will be dealing with tasks including technical quotations and liaising with Pall Medical customers and sales and marketing associates.

Coordinate/support the submission of public tendersMeet the departmental and individual key performance indicators agreed with your Line Manager.Ensure that all enquiries and orders are dealt with in accordance with the quality manual.Run daily management and track ordersManage PORs request
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degrees (would normally include STEM Qualifications such Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry,Chemistry or Biosciences degree) or 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, project management, or technical inside sales (TIS) with scientific backgroundGood spoken & written EnglishFacile with computer and digital skills (able to conduct data entry to capture prospect / lead / customer contact information)Thinks through and analyzes complex problems, challenges, and drives to root cause.Builds and maintains good working relationships with peers and supervisors;
works collaboratively.Demonstrate initiative and drive for continuous improvementEager to build comprehensive knowledge on the products offered by Cytiva-PallAbility to communicate clearly and effectively
