Your Role

Drive outbound & inbound prospecting : Research, engage, nurture, and qualify leads through smart conversations that meet BANT criteria (RAD 2 & 3)

Shape winning outreach tactics : Leverage powerful tools like CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo to craft personalized, persona-driven outreach

Move leads forward in the CRM : Proactively manage the lead queue, keeping data accurate, updated, and conversion-focused

Your Qualifications

Language mastery : Excellent Dutch (C1+) and strong English skills (B2–C1) for confident, professional communication

Proven enterprise experience : At least 2 years of hands-on experience working at an enterprise/industry level

Solution-selling mindset : Strong understanding of customer needs, industries, and product portfolios — including high-level pricing — to drive tailored solutions (with an initial focus on PS)

CRM savvy : Confident and efficient in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and performance

The Offer

Full-time, permanent contract (39h/week) — Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
