Serit está buscando un WMS Support Engineer para incorporación en un cliente relevante.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- 5 Years Experience Support core warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping
- Perform SQL-based data analysis for issue investigation, validation, and RCA
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integration failures
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external partners for resolution
- Support production incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Provide support during business‑critical and peak warehouse operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong WMS functional and technical knowledge
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries
- Working knowledge of EDI concepts and transactions
- Understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
