Are you a German-speaking digital marketing enthusiast with a knack for building strong client relationships? We're looking for a talented and driven German Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our team in vibrant Barcelona! This is an exciting opportunity to work on a game-changing tool for businesses worldwide, focusing on the dynamic German market.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in onboarding and engaging with high-potential companies, helping them harness the power of digital marketing ads. You'll build strong relationships, drive product adoption, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth within our customer base, potentially even spotting future "unicorns"!
What You'll Do:
Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients, developing high-performing PPC campaigns.
Outbound Engagement: Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services, understanding their objectives, and offering tailored solutions.
Strategic Campaign Setup: Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.
Growth & Upselling: Be responsible for increasing client spend and identifying upselling opportunities for campaigns.
Database Management: Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
High-Volume Interaction: Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
What You'll Bring:
Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
Language Skills: C2 level of German and C2 level of English.
Experience: 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
Independence & Impact: Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently deliver impactful results.
CRM Expertise: Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems for business outcomes.
AI Integration: Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach.
Communication Pro: Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Goal-Oriented: Thrives in a goal-oriented environment and contributes actively to team success.
Presentation Skills: Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Mindset: Self-motivated and proactive, with a confident and determined mindset.
Collaboration: Works independently while actively collaborating with team members.
Business Acumen: Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions.
Market Analysis: Skilled in conducting competitor analysis and identifying market trends to inform strategic positioning.
Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.

Market Understanding: Clear understanding of the German market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to identify and target companies with growth potential.
Problem-Solving: Complex problem-solving skills to navigate challenging contexts.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer data.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the German market.
Opportunity Unlocking: Ability to unlock substantial opportunities within a market brimming with potential for expansion.
German Cultural Awareness: Understanding the business etiquette and cultural nuances of the region to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage complex stakeholder structures, including multiple agencies and skeptical customers.
Digital Marketing Ecosystem: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the existing digital marketing ecosystem in each German region and be able to position Google Ads as a valuable and integrated solution.
Advanced Questions: Ability to manage more sophisticated questions about ROI and integration with other platforms.
Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of local regulations, especially regarding data privacy (e.g., GDPR), to ensure compliance in all outreach activities.
Tailored Strategies: Ability to tailor outreach strategies that respect and address client’s high focus on data privacy and protection.
