What You'll Do:
Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients, developing high-performing PPC campaigns.
Outbound Engagement: Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services, understanding their objectives, and offering tailored solutions.
Strategic Campaign Setup: Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.
Growth & Upselling: Be responsible for increasing client spend and identifying upselling opportunities for campaigns.
Database Management: Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
High-Volume Interaction: Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
What You'll Bring:
Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
Language Skills: C2 level of German and C2 level of English.
Experience: 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.

CRM Expertise: Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems for business outcomes.
