Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our on-site team in Marbella. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and support sales objectives. Daily responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing content creation, coordinating digital and social media strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to align objectives. xcskxlj This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, leadership, and a data-driven approach to ensure marketing initiatives achieve impactful results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand positioning
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and editing for diverse platforms
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media schedulers, and CRM systems
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt strategies based on performance results
• Experience in the luxury real estate market or high-end brands is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
