This is why ELROW is looking for a Social TIKTOK Content Creator to help our brand be even more relevant in the entire social-media landscape. We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic full-time (creator to join our team. The role requires a dynamic, team-centric, experienced & really creative**CHALLENGE**As a Social Content Creator you will be a part of ELROW content team. You will independently work on creating and producing a wide variety of social concepts/contents, while you guide and liaise with other team members. You will be the main point of contact for all things social within the creative team, working closely with the Head of Marketing. You will be responsible for concept development and direction for the TIKTOK content within a wider campaign, or just stand-alone daily social TIKTOK posts. In this role, the concepting and strategic part is just as important as being able to take care of the photography and videography itself, including retouching and editing!- Be the social media expert within the creative team, you are well aware of social media trends, and know how to jump on them from an ELROW brand perspective- Create daily photo/video content from concept phase until the end-delivery of assets- Organize and take ownership of shooting all the content- Retouch and edit videos after shooting directly from tiktok- Act as the main point of contact and team-lead for the social-content side of the creative team, dividing day-to-day responsibilities and giving creative direction to the other creators.- Be the main point of contact for the Head of Marketing for the walkthrough of concept proposals.- Lead brainstorm sessions that are relevant for our social media concepts and strategy, thinking along on ways to increase our brand’s presence on all channels and where / how we could improve.- Assure all created content is aligned with our overall social media identity.- Inspire yourself and fellow team members with latest trends, industry knowledge, and your personal vision on the social media industry**WHAT WE OFFER*****The chance to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing live events companies in EuropeAttractive compensation package,Develop your career working in a super exciting environment with a great working atmosphere, with an international and multidisciplinary team**Place**: Being headquartered in Barcelona with a certain flexibility ( around 25%) of WFH allocation. We provide all the technical equipment you need to do your job.**Requirements**:**YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE**:- 3+ years of proven experience in a hands-on social creation role (experience within entertainment industry is a plus).- 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in video and photography production.- Complete knowledge of the tiktok tool and all its functionalities. Essential to master video editing from the tiktok platform itself.- Advanced photography and videography skills, including editing and retouching with digital tools- A passion for and knowledge about entertainment industry. Especially on TikTok.- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing and quickly changing environment; therefore a solution-minded, innovative, and creative mindset is essential.- A critical vision; always determined to achieve only our ELROW brand standards- Comfortable and confident in presenting / visualizing your concepts to different stakeholders.- Ability to adapt to and translate feedback of the Head of Marketing into your concepts.Team-management skills are not required, but a plus. A team oriented, positive, and good sense of responsibility and ability to guide / give direction to team members is important
