We are looking for a Head of Agreements and Partnerships to support relationship managers in their daily activities with internal and external clients. We seek a competitive, dynamic, and motivated person who enjoys challenges and is eager to join an exciting and interesting opportunity.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
* Drive the client portfolio and revenues within the existing partner ecosystem at Getnet.
* Focus on identifying new global and regional distribution partnerships, particularly with financial institutions and non-bank financial entities.
* Discuss and exchange ideas for new initiatives, define their scope, and lead commercial negotiations with partners in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from Product, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams in the conceptualization, development, implementation, and go-to-market strategy of new partnership initiatives.
* Support the business in preparing reports, ad-hoc presentation materials, and channel marketing content.
REQUIREMENTS
* Over 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel/Partnership roles in B2B environments (experience in payments is a plus).
* Proven track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance;
a master’s degree is a plus.
* Ability to think both strategically and tactically, and to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Availability to travel.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* High level of honesty, integrity, and sound judgment.
* A high level of English, and Spanish is essential.
