About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Multilingual Content Creator & International Coordinator to join our team full-time in Alcobendas, Madrid.
This role combines hands-on content creation with creative coordination across international markets. You will not only create content yourself — including appearing on camera — but also help define content formats and coordinate international teams and creators to produce locally relevant versions aligned with the same creative direction.
Key responsibilities
* Create social media content for Hellofun, including appearing on camera
* Help define content ideas, formats, and creative guidelines for different platforms
* Coordinate international teams and external creators to produce content adapted to local markets
* Ensure consistency in brand tone, creative quality, and messaging across countries
* Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing goals
* Support social media planning and content calendar development
Requirements
* Experience creating video content for social media
* Confidence and strong presence on camera
* Strong creative judgment and the ability to develop repeatable content formats
* Experience coordinating projects, creators, or teams
* Strong communication skills for both audience engagement and cross-functional collaboration
* Good understanding of international markets and cultural nuances
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
