Hippo Biosensors (Hippo Medical Pte. Ltd.) is an international medical technology company headquartered in Singapore, specializing in wearable biosensor solutions for chronic diseases, including diabetes. Our mission is to simplify disease management through accurate, real-time data, enabling better decisions for patients, healthcare professionals, and health systems.
Following CE MDR certification and successful commercialization, Hippo has established distributor partnerships across multiple European countries and is now entering the next phase of its European growth.
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Director – Europe to lead this expansion and to strengthen the performance, structure, and long-term impact of our European commercial organization.
Candidates must be based in Europe and available for frequent travel across EU markets

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the European sales and marketing strategy
- Lead, support, and optimize an established distributor network across EU markets
- Drive revenue growth, pricing governance, and regional commercial policy
- Lead business development initiatives and selective market expansion
- Oversee product launches, positioning, and key European congress participation
- Act as the primary commercial interface between European partners and general headquarters
- Collaborate closely with regulatory, clinical, marketing, and after-sales teams
Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in sales and sales operations, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated experience building long-term customer and distributor relationships
- Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Proven proficiency in business development and strategic market expansion
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid work environment and managing remote, cross-border teams
- Solid experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry
Qualifications
- B achelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
