Together with your sales team, you will be in charge of carrying out sales management in the assigned area of responsibility.
**Responsibilities**:
- Market Analysis in your area of responsibility
- Management of your sales team to achieve assigned annual objectives
- Creation and monitoring of annual business plan for your area of responsibility
- Close cooperation with after-sales service
**Competencies**:
- Preferably university degree in engineering/marketing (not essential)
- English (conversation level). Other languages will be valued.
- Driver's license and willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally
- Good computer skills
- Demonstrable sales and team management experience of at least 10 years
- Leadership capacity, strategic vision and conflict resolution
- Proactivity and availability to take on simultaneous tasks.
