Misión del puesto
Puig is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Global Head of Media Data to build and lead a best‑in‑class media data capability across Paid, Owned, and Earned ecosystems with our CRM, Consumer and Media Data & Insight Team (Consumer & AI Accelerator Office team), supporting our portfolio of brands across all markets.
This role is critical to transforming media data into a core business driver, enabling:
smarter investment decisions
advanced performance measurement
scalable AI and data use cases
The Head of Media Data will act as a central pillar between Business, Data and Tech, ensuring that media data is structured, reliable, and fully activated to deliver measurable impact.

Define and lead the global Media Data strategy and roadmap

Lead end‑to‑end media measurement strategy, including:
Attribution frameworks
Brand & performance measurement
Oversee econometric and advanced analytics approaches to:

support budget allocation decisions
Drive the evolution towards holistic, cross‑channel performance measurement
Media Data Ecosystem, Governance & Tracking
Define and enforce global media data standards, including:
tracking frameworks (tagging, pixels, taxonomy)
KPI harmonization
data models across Paid / Owned / Earned
