Candidate Profile
- Fully independent agent (self‑employed / autónomo)
- Strong focus on new developments and off‑plan projects
- Interest in international & overseas real estate, including:
- Dubai
- Punta Cana
- Ability to generate own listings and buyer clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset with full accountability
- Comfortable with a commission‑only model
- Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
- English required (additional languages are a strong plus)
