Working in compliance with legislation and IMS (required for all)Providing support to local end-users and other locations within the region, both remotely and on-siteInstalling, configuring, coordinating, and supporting local PC hardware and applications in Windows and Mac OS environmentsMaintaining end-user support at the 2nd and 3rd level, ensuring system availability within predefined timeframesEnsuring timely resolution of IT incidents, service requests, and problems reported by end-usersCollaborating with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and support of IT systemsSupporting enterprise projects to drive innovation and efficiencyInstalling software and providing desktop application supportAssisting centralized teams with support and investigations for MIM issuesSupervising and tracking work requests to meet SLAs and customer needsSupporting onboarding and offboarding processesParticipating in audits and business continuity planningMaintaining IT inventory and validating licensesKeeping IT documentation accurate and accessibleTraveling up to 25% to support other sites as neededThe keys to success:
Experience in system integration or a comparable field (MCSE, MCITP, etc.)Familiarity with Windows 11 and deployment tools like Intune and AutopilotExcellent German and good English skills (spoken and written)IT support experience in mid to large-sized companiesValid driving license (class B)Good knowledge of Windows OS and PC/Server hardwareSkills with Microsoft Office 365 and related support tasksAbility to support remote tools, antivirus, backups, and hardware imagingWillingness to learn and stay updated with IT trendsCustomer-focused attitude ensuring high end-user satisfactionStrong communication skillsWhat we offer:
