Mission : Intellectual Property Paralegal within Puig Corporate Legal Services
What you'll get to do
* Follow-up on administrative prosecution for the management of IP portfolios, in direct contact with External Counsels and under the supervision of Legal Counsels, including proposing and implementing protection plans, opposition proceedings, maintenance, and watching processes.
* Obtain business information (use, sales figures, etc.), prepare evidence required in different proceedings, documentation for searches, and prepare signatures and legalizations with Notaries.
* Manage invoices and monitor the budget.
* Monitor updates to the internal IP database.
* Provide support in various transversal projects and other IP paralegal tasks.
