About the RoleAt EBRO, we are looking for a Product & Price Junior to support product positioning and pricing activities across our international markets. This role is ideal for a motivated professional in the early stages of their career who wants to grow in the automotive OEM environment and become a reference for product information, competitive insights and market alignment.You will work closely with Product, Sales, Finance and Marketing to ensure our products are positioned competitively and consistently across markets.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact for international markets on product information, positioning and pricing topics.Collect, structure and consolidate market feedback and translate it into actionable inputs for the Product team.Support pricing structure updates, competitive benchmarking and scenario evaluations.Prepare product comparisons, analyses and documentation for internal decision‑making.Maintain updated product and competitor information.Create clear, structured presentations to communicate findings and support internal reviews.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related fields.1–3 years of experience in automotive product management, pricing, market intelligence or similar roles.Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of pricing and product structure fundamentals.Solid Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.Ability to create well‑structured, business‑focused presentations.Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to grow within a developing OEM brand.Direct interaction with international markets and strategic product discussions.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Professional development and learning opportunities.Competitive compensation package.
