We're hiring a Senior Director of Product Design to lead the design of the platform and design system that every Dow Jones B2B product is built on: Factiva, Risk & Compliance, Geopolitical Risk, and NewsWires.
You'll lead a small team and report to the VP of Product Design for B2B. Set the navigation, data, and interaction patterns every product inherits — and decide when to hold the line and when to give product teams room to override.
Lead a small, senior team. Hire, coach, and protect a team of designers who can operate as system-thinkers and credible partners to product leads across Factiva, Risk & Compliance, Geopolitical Risk, and NewsWires.
15+ years of product design experience with 7+ years in senior leadership, with a track record of leading teams of varying sizes — what matters is the impact, not the headcount.
