As an Account Manager, you hold a key position focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market coverage (MPP), and building strong, long‑term customer relationships within your territory. You are responsible for promoting and selling our Pay‑and‑Display (P&D;) systems, SaaS solutions, insights, and the EasyPark mobile payment solution within your geographic area.
Your responsibilities
Cluster development: take a strategic approach to fully develop your territory and expand Arrive’s market presence.
Sales cycle management: manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold prospecting to contract negotiation and successful closing.
Relationship management: act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure high satisfaction through excellent account management.
Solution presentation: present and demonstrate our products and services convincingly to decision‑makers.
Implementation & upselling: support the implementation phase and proactively identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
CRM & administration: keep our CRM system (Salesforce) up to date and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities.
Travel: This role involves frequent travel to meet customers in person (approximately 60% of working time, typically 3 days per week). The remaining time is used flexibly for preparation and follow‑up—either remotely or in coordination with your manager.
Location: Bilbao, Spain + (North Areas)
Your profile
Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar) and a strong commercial background, particularly in key account management (at least 8 years). Preferably within parking management, smart city, or tech environments.
Product knowledge: experience selling complex services (e.G., SaaS) and a strong understanding of payment solutions and relevant technologies. Experience with P&D; systems or mobile apps is a strong plus.
Sales skills: confident in negotiations, results‑driven, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Communication: clear, persuasive, and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Experiences: collaborating with large corporations or public entities (such as municipalities) is a plus but not required.
Personality: self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and enjoy working independently in a dynamic environment.
Technical skills: comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and the Google Suite.
Languages: fluent in Spanish (native) and good English skills (B2/C1) for internal communication within a integral team.
