A multinational industrial company based in Zaragoza is looking to appoint a Human Resources Manager for its main site, with additional responsibility for two smaller sites.

Implement the corporate HR strategy across the three sites.
Act as HR Business Partner for regional management and site leaders.
Analyze people KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance) and define action plans.
Labour Relations & Legal Framework
Manage and coordinate relationships with employee representatives across the sites.
Lead collective bargaining processes, labour agreements and conflict management.
Ensure compliance with labour law and internal HR policies.
Coordinate with Legal and external advisors when needed.
Talent Attraction, Development & Retention
Oversee recruitment processes for key and management positions.
Drive onboarding, training and talent development initiatives.
Implement and supervise performance management and career development processes.
Identify key talent and define succession plans.
Organization & Compensation
Support organizational design across the sites.
Coordinate compensation, benefits and salary review policies in line with corporate guidelines.
Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Culture, Engagement & Internal Communication
Promote corporate culture and values across the region.
Lead engagement, wellbeing and work environment initiatives.
Ensure effective internal communication between sites and with corporate headquarters.
Multi-site Coordination
Ensure consistency in HR policy implementation across all Spanish sites.
Share best practices and optimize common HR processes.
Balance regional priorities with specific local needs.
Education
Degree in Labour Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
Previous experience as HR Manager or HR Director in a multi-site or regional environment.
Strong background in labour relations and collective bargaining.
Technical knowledge
Performance management, compensation and organizational development.
HR KPIs and data analysis.
HR information systems (HRIS).
Languages
Spanish: native.
English: high level (depending on corporate environment).
