Key accountabilities :
* Support the structuring and management of key partnerships within C&B to deliver value, purpose, and future-fit goals.
* Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for respective portfolios, including supplier selection to meet business needs.
* Collaborate with S&I to gather, monitor, and analyze market information, providing insights and price forecasts.
* Help the business with accurate price forecasting, preparing purchase price and condition information for budgeting and cash flow planning.
* Identify metrics, tools, and processes to optimize sourcing, supplier activities, and efficiencies.
* Support the launch of innovations and new product development in collaboration with the Ice Cream Business.
* Work with suppliers and the Ice Cream Business to drive initiatives such as Sustainable Sourcing, NDPE, RSP, aligned with Unilever’s Sustainable Living Plan.
* Assist in reducing complexity through harmonization of specifications and suppliers.
* Collaborate with R&D teams on supplier approvals and reformulation savings initiatives.
* Support cost savings efforts through strategic sourcing, compliance, and cash targets.
* Help manage supply chain issues, including crisis management.
* Measure and improve supplier performance continually.
* Enhance procurement processes and ways of working.
* Support strategic initiatives like Value Chain Analysis and Vertical Integration based on the Lighthouse Strategy.
* Participate in cross-functional initiatives and manage external strategic relationships.
Experience Required :
* University degree.
* At least 3 years’ experience in Procurement is preferred.
Skills :
* Strong execution, analytical, and proactive skills.
* Business acumen and negotiation skills.
* Result and solution-oriented, capable of solving unexpected problems quickly.
* Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
* Understanding of business processes.
