We’re a newly opened bar and kitchen in Estepona with a global fusion tapas concept, and we’re looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operations of the concept. This is a foundational role — you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, operating with the mindset of an owner and reporting directly to the founders.

Opening & closing procedures, floor service, cash reconciliation and daily reporting to founders
Ordering, receiving deliveries, inventory management, supplier relationships and invoice control
Admin & compliance
Sending payroll hours to our gestor, maintaining APPCC compliance, health & safety standards
Coordinating with the Ayuntamiento and local partners for cultural and marketing events
Fluent English is non-negotiable — our guests are a mix of locals, expats and international visitors, and you will be their primary point of contact
Fluent Spanish equally essential — for our neighborhood guests, supplier relations, local coordination and leading a Spanish-speaking team
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management — we’re open to background, but you’ve held the keys and felt the weight of that responsibility
Proficient with Agora POS and comfortable with basic bookkeeping and supplier management
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as agreed
