**Your mission as Business Development Analyst**:
Develop long term strategies for its Channel integrating the vision of the Brands, Commercial inputs and Shopper knowledge with help of CMI
**Your Key responsabilities**
- ** Go to Market Activation**:ensure activations that contribute to a sustainable growth of the Channel
- ** Launch Plan**: contribute to the definition process by assuring that the concrete needs of the channel are met
- ** Pillars / Assortment**: according to the Brand guidelines, define exclusivities & Heroes skus for the channel and follow up the performance
- ** Promo & POS Satrategy**:consolidate all the G2M activations (discounts, POS investment) to guarantee the coherence with the división strategy and mesuare the impact in TO
- ** Sales Policy**: defining a commercial policy with an omnichannel vision.
- ** Valorization**:help to achieve valorization targets when designing Promo and work on Customer Allowances recommendations for the Channel
- ** Sales Forecast**: actively contribute to Division Forecasting process both long term (Budget/Trend) and short term (Month) challenging Channel’s director input to assure the most accurate estimation
- Analyzing brand performance, sales, and product category trends in the Market (Market/Category, Channel/Customers & Competitors).
- Strategic analysis to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Elaborating sales figures and objectives per distribution channel.
- Monitoring turnover and activity KPIs of sales teams.
- Leading **Projects**and coordinating with other teams to improve results.

- Strong Analytical skills that allow to understand different source of data (Sell Out, Sell In, PNL)
- Communication skills are key. Must be able to write and communicate confidently and clearly, as well as listen to the responses and concerns of potential clients
- Leadership, team management, the ability to monitor and manage risk and personal organization.
