Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert assistance and consultative account management to clients and partners.
* Foster business environments that promote sustained account growth.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships within accounts, ensuring visibility into strategies, plans, and competitor activity.
* Research new sales opportunities within existing accounts to expand business.
* Prepare commercial and technical service proposals to meet client needs.
* Drive profitability by proactively managing accounts and executing against sales quotas and targets.
* Track, manage, and report ongoing activity related to the sales pipeline.
* Respond to and resolve incoming customer or partner inquiries in a timely manner.
* Engage with customers and partners to build long-term, trusting relationships and qualify leads into sales opportunities.
Requirements
* Native-level fluency in French and professional proficiency in English (B2).
* Solid background in B2B sales with strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and the motivation to achieve sales targets.
* Previous experience working with channel partners or managing accounts.
* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage sales pipelines and report ongoing activities.
