Location: Madrid ( Hybrid model, average 2 days per week, flexible).
The Project: Driving business results for one of the world's most influential tech categories within the EMEA region.
Your Mission: You will be the engine behind the category's performance, planning and executing Go-to-Market strategies to maximize seasonal sales beats (Back to School, Holiday, Spring) and strengthening partnerships with key hardware ecosystem players.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute category sales plans that capitalize on key market-level seasonal selling beats.
Silicon Partnership Leadership: Effectively partner with silicon providers to drive ecosystem strategy and GTM alignment in Spain and the Nordics.
Assortment Management: Partner with Sales to land the right device portfolio by retail partner, ensuring differentiation and market share growth.
Promotional Programs: Land strong consumer offers to stay competitive and drive incremental sell-thru via well-funded programs.
Conversion Optimization: Drive "always-on" in-store and online marketing that lands key messaging and increases service attachments (subscriptions/services).
Who We Are Looking For: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
An MBA is a significant plus.
Experience: 4+ years in Category Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or Business Planning.
Communication: Proven executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Analytical Acumen: Sharp skills to review and manage budgets, market data, and complex deal opportunities.
Adaptability: Experience successfully navigating complex, matrixed international environments.
