Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee IT support delivery to internal stakeholders, ensuring SLAs and a stable production environment. You will lead service management communications, manage changes and risk, and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll coordinate small work orders and support larger platform projects, with regular performance reviews and concrete service improvements. You’ll work with governance and DR teams to align with global requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. - Oversee high-quality IT support delivery to internal stakeholders and maintain SLA-driven, stable production environments
- Lead service management communications (incidents, changes, escalations) and stakeholder updates
- Manage small work orders and support larger platform projects (e.G., platform upgrades)
- Prepare monthly reporting and conduct monthly service reviews with business units
- Identify and implement service improvement actions across processes and tools
- Support review of supplier invoices and participate in governance sessions
- Collaborate with Global Disaster Recovery teams to ensure DR readiness and testing
- Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with audits as applicableResponsabilidades
- +5 years service delivery experience
- experience in diverse, multi-cultural environments, offshore, with evolving requirements
- good understanding of cloud hosting technologies (Azure)
- strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
- hands-on attitude and proactive task execution
- ITIL Service Management qualifications are an advantage
- advanced English (written and verbal)
