About The Role

He/She provides Distributors also training and support on the S&M Plan, educating them how to develop their organizations and businesses. The Business Development Coordinator person works closer with the Sales Manager to provide with feedback from the market and prepare optimal strategies to develop the market. He/She will also overlook the Daily Methods of Operations (DMO) and Promotions area.

About The Role

The Business Development Coordinator person works closer with the Sales Manager to provide with feedback from the market and prepare optimal strategies to develop the market. He/She will also overlook the Daily Methods of Operations (DMO) and Promotions area.
In This Role, You Will
* Conduct regular field visits, in order to regularly provide field insights, feedback and reports to Sales Manager. This involves communicating with Member base frequently, focusing on business strategy and planning, including – sales and recruitment performance, identified member training needs, sales and recruiting tools and effective communication with members.
* Intimate knowledge of Distributors practices and have the necessary relationship that allows open and honest communication.
* Knowledge of metrics, and ability to analyse relevant sales and DS statistics to identify strongest and weakest performing areas / gaps will ensure that the market duplicates sustainable and duplicable models.
* Conduct one to one meetings or organisation meetings with members, as agreed with Sales Manager with the aim to add value to their business. Identify ideas to help the overall country with local events or local initiatives that are aligned with the leaders.
* Have an in-depth understanding of the member’s daily methods of operations and the way they conduct their businesses.
* Work with Committees to drive and influence sales initiatives, event content and agreed implementations.
* Ensure all field activities and insights are collated and presented in a professional, timely and effective manner – as agreed with Sales Manager.
* Attends monthly meetings / HOMs / other relevant local trainings as an Ambassador of the Company, as well as National, Regional and International events – as required.
* Learn and understand best practices, challenges and opportunities within the field, in order to promote and share where necessary, in line with growth agenda.
* Continuously fostering sales activities and sales engagement.
Our Requirements
* At least 2 years of field sales or field training experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the Spanish market (B2B preferred, though B2C or other relevant experience will also be considered).
* Desirable MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) background and ability to work with Distributors.
* Driving license - category B.
* Bachelor or master degree or equivalent qualification in economics, communication or business
* Good to have BI and strong excel expertise. Able to analyze data and make conclusions to propose initiatives and strategies.
* Proficiency in Spanish and high level of English.
* Good PCskills: outlook, powerpoint, word, excel.
* A strong personality and excellent leadership skills are an essential. Needs to be well balanced with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
* Sense of priorities, charisma and excellent interpersonal communication. Sense of customer service. Listening skills developed with great empathy.
* Analytical ability.
* Ability to solve problem and take responsibilities autonomously.
* Highly adaptable.
* Sense of teamwork.
* Be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity, able to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
* Flexibility to travel extensively when required in Spain and abroad.
* Readiness to work on weekends when required.
