In this Brand Manager role, you will drive the Iberia brand strategy for neuropsychiatry products from Barcelona, translating global plans into local execution. You will lead annual Brand Plans, oversee omnichannel initiatives, and ensure compliant, data-driven campaigns that boost adoption among healthcare professionals. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Medical, Access, Compliance and Global Marketing to align with commercial goals. This is a high-visibility position that shapes growth in a dynamic market with cross-functional partners.

• Define, implement and coordinate Iberia brand strategy and promotional activities for assigned products
• Translate global strategies into strong local execution while ensuring regulatory compliance and budget discipline
• Design and deliver annual Brand Plans, lead cycle meetings and drive omnichannel initiatives
• Turn insights into actionable strategies and collaborate with Sales, Medical, Access, Compliance and Global Marketing
• Maximize brand positioning and adoption among healthcare professionals to contribute to commercial goals

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 4 years in product management, marketing or related role within the pharmaceutical xpzdshu industry
• Solid experience in brand planning, market research and data analysis
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy or Life Sciences; MBA or similar is an advantage
