We're looking for an experienced Winding Program Technical Lead to lead the Winding Program within Power Transformers. You will manage and coordinate a portfolio of R&D projects focused in the winding technology spanning power transformers, HVDC converter transformers, and shunt reactors driving innovation, alignment, and execution across global teams.Technology Lead in the Winding Program/Projects within Power Transformer.Drive planning, prioritization, budgeting, and resource alignment.Build strong collaboration with global R&D centers, transformers factories, insulation kit centers, universities, and partners.Degree in engineering, project/program management or PMI certificate (PMP).~Solid experience leading complex R&D projects or programs.~ Fluent in English.
