JOB DESCRIPTION

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- Definir y dar seguimiento a objetivos de mejora continua.
- Optimizar flujos de trabajo y espacios operativos en el almacén.
- Participar y liderar los procesos operativos de almacén.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos en la implantación de clientes y sistemas de gestión.
- Mantener comunicación directa con clientes para el seguimiento del servicio.
- Elaborar y controlar KPIs logísticos para la mejora del rendimiento.
- Actuar como Key User en sistemas de información (Blue Yonder).
- Implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas ante incidencias.
- Garantizar la rentabilidad operativa de los clientes, coordinando recursos del almacén.
- Supervisar y organizar los recursos humanos y materiales del almacén.
- Ejercer como responsable del centro de trabajo (mantenimiento, visitas de clientes, administración y suministros).
- Emitir y controlar la facturación de clientes en base a los sistemas de gestión.
- Gestionar proyectos de implantación de nuevos clientes, asegurando un arranque exitoso.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la política y medidas de seguridad de la empresa.
- Velar por el cumplimiento del sistema de gestión de calidad.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Formación en Logística, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de almacenes y proyectos logísticos.
- Dominio de sistemas de gestión de almacén (WMS – Blue Yonder, ERP).
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office.
- Valorable: formación en Lean Logistics y gestión de inventarios.
- Inglés: nivel B2.
