Main responsibilities of the role:
\n
Planning and execution of the maintenance plan.
\n
Management of the maintenance team.
\n
Compliance with the country's legal regulations.
\n
Oversight of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
\n
Development of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
\n
We are looking for a profile with the following qualifications and competencies:
\n
Vocational Training or Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in electricity, electronics, or mechanics.
\n
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
\n
Experience in desalination maintenance or water treatment will be highly valued.
\n
Proficiency in French.
\n
International geographic mobility.
\n
