Overview
Join a cutting-edge project to develop a state-of-the-art factory producing sustainable, high-performance battery materials for electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the automation team in designing, installing, testing, and commissioning factory systems.
* Ensure seamless integration with other engineering disciplines.
* Develop maintenance and reliability programs for automation systems.
* Conduct risk assessments and cost-benefit analyses.
* Ensure compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.
* Provide technical support during equipment procurement.
Requirements
* Technical: Master’s in Automation/Electrical Engineering or related field, 7+ years in automation, expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial tools.
* Non-Technical: Strong leadership and project management, fluent in Spanish and English, structured and proactive approach.
* Certifications: Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience; SCC/VCA certification required.
Details
* Contract: Long-term (initially until 2025).
* Travel: Up to 10% (mainly within Spain and internationally).
* Rate: Market-competitive (all-in).
