How you will make a difference

As our Global Solutions Advisor (Account Executive), you will work with clients across the Spanish region and wider EMEA markets using your Spanish language skills to build strong relationships and understand their growth ambitions. You will guide organisations through the challenges of global expansion and workforce management, owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to close.

* Proactively nurture opportunities from self-generated leads, marketing lists, and warm leads.
* Develop and manage your own portfolio of prospects, ensuring consistent growth and engagement.
* Plan and execute targeted sales activities to consistently achieve and exceed your targets.
* Engage HR, Finance, and C-Suite stakeholders to uncover needs, align solutions, and build compelling business cases.
* Develop and present customised proposals and lead contract negotiations.
* Build and maintain a reliable pipeline while forecasting weekly and monthly sales.
* Collaborate with channel partners, sharing insights on lead performance and guiding them to provide high-quality opportunities.
* Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries via email, phone, and occasional client visits.
* Stay up to date on HR and global employment trends to bring insight and value to every client conversation.
* Actively represent Safeguard Global at industry events to forge connections and uncover new business opportunities.
What will make you stand out
* Proven track record in B2B consultative sales, ideally within HR Tech, Payroll, SaaS, or Employer-of-Record solutions.
* Strong fluency in Spanish and English.
* Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple decision-makers across HR, Finance, and C-Suite.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Highly organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of opportunities independently.
* Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that create real value.
* Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and business partners.
* Results‑driven with a focus on building long‑term client relationships and achieving business outcomes.
