As a Partnerships Manager at Teamtailor, you'll play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving new business revenue through a portfolio of partners.
We currently have a full-time Senior Partnerships Manager covering Spain who will be on leave for 4 months. This role will initially support the existing Spanish partner portfolio as a temporary cover, then transition into building a new portfolio of partners in Spain and Italy from scratch.
Spain is a growing market for us, with existing partnerships contributing to commercial growth, and significant opportunities for further expansion. Italy is a newer region for us, and we believe it is ready for dedicated partnership support to accelerate success.
We seek an experienced, sales-oriented partnership or business development professional to establish and grow a partner portfolio in Spain and Italy. The role involves building new relationships and does not scare but excites you.
Initially, for 4 months, you'll support the current Spanish partner portfolio. After 6-12 months, your focus will shift to acquiring and activating new partners. The ongoing goal is to maintain active and engaged partnerships.
You will be part of the Partnerships Team, a growing global group working closely with our Head of Partnerships (Gabrielle) and regional teams in Spain and Italy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Partner Acquisition & Core Focus: Acquire and activate a strong, revenue-generating partner portfolio in your region, focusing on generating SQLs and new business revenue. Achieve your quota 8 out of 12 months and maintain a healthy pipeline.
* Relationship Management: Develop long-term, strategic relationships with partners, nurturing their success.
* Revenue Growth & Project Leadership: Collaborate with partners to drive new opportunities, ensuring pipeline volume and regional win rate targets are met.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Integrations, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
* Market Expertise & Strategic Contribution: Maintain in-depth industry knowledge and leverage it to position Teamtailor effectively and identify collaboration opportunities.
Partner Marketing: Oversee and execute regional partner marketing activities in collaboration with marketing teams.
Communication: Clearly articulate ideas and proposals, represent Teamtailor at events, and engage actively with partners and customers.

We see that you have:
* At least 3 years of experience in a complex sales or partnership management role
* A successful track record in partner or complex sales cycles
* Experience in HR tech is a plus
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication skills and passion for engaging with others
* Comfort representing the company at events
* Ability to set expectations and prioritize effectively
* Experience in cross-functional collaboration
* A curious, tech-savvy, confident, and negotiation-skilled personality with a customer-obsessed mindset
