* Create and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all areas
* Train team members on protocols and ensure full understanding and compliance
Requirements :
* 3–7 years of experience in hospitality operations, property / lifestyle management, or high-end resort / club environments
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Confident handling HR responsibilities
* Excellent organisational skills and a highly structured, systems-driven approach
