The role includes, but is not restricted to,the following work-related deliverables.Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities IncludeSupporting sales team in Portugal, launching the campaigns to createnew deals and customers. Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer, account statuses andrelevant problems in Portugal. Provide data and guides to help the sales team. Develop and monitor performance indicators for Portugal. Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information. Keep record of sales trendsLiaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure salesteam is on boardReview pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensureexcellent customer service and customer experience. Suggest sales process improvements.What will I need to succeed as the SalesExecutive Support:Fluent in Portuguese language is a must. Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales supportassociate. Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems (such as Salesforce).High levels of expertise in office technologies including MicrosoftOffice and Excel, collaboration tools, etc. In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer servicepractices. Excellent communication skills. Analytical and multitasking skills. Teamwork and motivational skills. BS degree in Marketing or associate degree in relevant field a plus.Great written and verbal communication skills at all levels in Spanish& Portuguese. Minimum 4 years’ experience on Sales Support roles in Multinationalenvironment. Very personable and a great team player, with strong communicationskills to facilitate excellent working relationships with teams in Spainand Portugal and at all levels of the organisation. Highly organised to proactively plan for the needs of the SalesDirector, with enough confidence to be able to manage upwards. Highly customer focussed but able to manage expectations withstakeholders. Knowledge of practices of office management. High levels of personal energy and comfortable with a fast-pacedenvironment that may be subject to ambiguity and change. Attention to detail with a high degree of integrity.
