Your Mission As Executive Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure excellence in every plate, every service, and every guest interaction. Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution ? Ensure top-level food quality, presentation, and consistency ? Control food costs, manage stock, reduce waste, and optimize productivity ? Train, develop, and elevate team performance and culinary standards ? Proven experience as Sous Chef / Executive Sous Chef in 5-star hotels or luxury resorts ?? English required (additional languages are a plus) ??
