Overview
Talent Recruitment Manager - AI Data Solutions role at LILT AI. This is a remote contract position responsible for provisioning and onboarding freelance talent for enterprise accounts, coordinating capacity and performance management, sourcing, vetting, aligning resources to meet workload demands, and tracking KPIs and SLAs.
Responsibilities
* Design strategic sourcing solutions for fast-paced AI data collection projects.
* Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes).
* Manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
* Build and nurture an AI data services expert community for enterprise customers, including attracting, onboarding, engaging, and retaining high-performing experts.
* Provide proactive updates to the customer success team and talent / community peers on sourcing and performance management tasks, prioritizing urgent requirements in line with business goals.
* Maintain and exceed KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention.
Skills and Experience
* Proven success building freelance or crowd-based technical talent pipelines at scale (AI / ML data projects highly preferred).
* Ability to source technical talent globally under tight deadlines, using both traditional and non-traditional methods.
* Experience partnering with or managing vendors, sourcing platforms, or remote contractor ecosystems.
* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* Understanding of sourcing automation, outreach tools, marketplaces, and sourcing operations.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Proficient in English at a professional level.
