This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client communication, account management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.What your day-to-day will look likeSupport the Customer Success team with all project management tasks related to aviation customers.Track and follow up on open tasks, ensuring proper coordination with internal teams (e.g. Product, Tech, Ops).Maintain and improve internal trackers and documentation, developing new ones to standardize processes across all customers.Participate in internal and client meetings, taking notes and following up on action points.Collaborate on the development of tools and processes that enhance the customer experience.Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.Contribute to preparing reports and materials for both internal and external stakeholders.What you should bringTechnicallyStudies in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Aviation Management, Data analytics or a related fieldAdvanced English & Spanish, both written and spokenStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and interpret data.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.PersonallyA team player with a positive attitude & energyYou are a proactive, persistent, and results-driven personYou are a continuous learner, with a huge curiosityYou are organized with high standards of quality and precision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentYou are resilient and take responsibilityYou have a goal-oriented mindset, coupled with trustworthiness and an excellent work ethic
