Key Responsibilities
* Define and document the overall solution architecture for supply‐chain systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover and translate business needs into pragmatic technical solutions.
* Evaluate and select the most appropriate technologies and integration platforms for ERP, OMS, WMS, and e‐commerce solutions.
* Design and lead the integration of applications across the supply‐chain ecosystem.
* Develop and maintain architecture for a broad spectrum of supply‐chain products and platforms.
* Deliver architectural designs for product groups, providing inputs to the roadmap and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
* Define guidelines, standards, and solution patterns that support consistent, compliant integrations.
* Lead the implementation and integration of technical architecture across multiple supply‐chain platforms.
* Identify organizational and financial impacts of proposed solutions, ensuring cost‐effective delivery.
* Monitor the existing solution portfolio to discover gaps and improve architectural compliance.
* Work closely with tech leads, business analysts, product managers, and enterprise architects to maintain system integrity and alignment.
* Coordinate deployment activities, including occasional Saturdays or Sundays for critical releases.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, systems analysis or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* 5+ years of experience in IT solution development or solution architecture, preferably with supply‐chain exposure.
* Proven experience designing and implementing integrations between ERP, e‐commerce, OMS, and WMS systems.
* Hands‐on expertise with APIs (REST/SOAP) and Azure Integration Services.
* Experience building and querying databases, primarily Oracle and Snowflake.
* Strong understanding of agile methods and ability to support agile project teams.
* Excellent communication skills in English at all organizational levels.
* Experience working in global, virtual environments.
* Exposure to cloud and on‐premises solutions, synchronous and asynchronous architectures, microservices, and event‐driven designs.
* Ability to propose technical solutions that align with business goals and assess their financial impact.
* Solid grasp of emerging technologies and how to apply them to evolving supply‐chain contexts.
* Familiarity with architecture governance, enterprise standards, and formal architecture frameworks.
