What we are looking for:
we are looking to recruit a Night Concierge for the staff accommodation building located in the center of San Antonio.
Main responsibilities:
* Building security and monitoring: controlling the entry and exit of people in the building and carrying out inspection rounds throughout the facilities.
* Incident management: handling maintenance issues and assisting residents when needed.
* Common areas supervision: ensuring that shared spaces remain clean, orderly, and in good condition.
* Incident reporting: informing the Human Resources and Maintenance teams of any issues that occur during the night.
