Role Summary
We're hiring a Senior AI Creative: a production-focused skilled AI artist who generates high-quality, brand-consistent fashion e-commerce visuals from briefs. You combine strong visual taste (styling, composition, lighting, texture, color) with deep expertise in generative AI workflows to deliver assets that look real, stylish, and non-AI-ish in consistent sets, at speed.
This is a senior hands-on execution role. You'll translate briefs into robust workflows, produce images/videos in batches, iterate quickly based on feedback and design new tools and solutions for efficient AI production.
What You Deliver
Consistent sets of:
* PDP-style images — standard angles, consistent output across products
* PDP-style videos — rotations, subtle product motion, e-commerce-ready
* On-model variants — poses, colorways, controlled consistency
* Lifestyle content — convincing "on-location photoshoot" scenes matching client tone, setting, and intention
Lifestyle isn't generic. You create brand-relevant visual stories that feel like real shoots.
Key Responsibilities 1. Brief Execution & Creative Leadership
* Execute briefs precisely and reliably while guiding overall visual direction
* Work in batches under deadlines with clean versioning and consistent delivery
* Iterate quickly based on feedback without losing cohesion across sets
* Provide creative input on feasibility, approach, and quality optimization
2. GenAI Workflow Architecture (Core Requirement)
* Build and optimize custom workflows in Weavy and ComfyUI for high-consistency outputs
* Leverage leading AI models including Nanobanana, Seedream, Kling, and emerging tools
* Design orchestration tools and pipelines that scale across projects and teams
* Translate briefs into structured generation inputs (prompting, references, parameters, workflow logic)
* Continuously improve pipelines for speed, consistency, and realism
3. Quality & Realism
* Maintain high realism: no obvious artifacts, no "AI look," no uncanny styling
* Ensure garment/detail accuracy: logos, prints, stitching, silhouettes, drape, proportions, accessories
* Maintain lighting continuity, believable textures, and brand-accurate styling
4. AI Retouching & Production Polish
* Refine outputs using AI + traditional tools to meet professional fashion standards
* Match tones, lighting, textures; remove defects; finalize to client-ready quality
5. Innovation & Tool Adoption
* Actively track AI model/workflow trends and evaluate new tools
* Quickly adopt better approaches that improve output quality and production efficiency
* Contribute to internal tooling and workflow documentation
Requirements Must-Haves
Portfolio (Required). Please make sure that your CV includes links to it.
A portfolio demonstrating commercial fashion aesthetics, quality, and creativity. Must include AI-generated e-commerce fashion content showing the right taste and production readiness.
A fashion photography portfolio is a plus, especially with experience in commercial, e-commerce, or studio photography.
GenAI Production Expertise (Required)
* Experience with ComfyUI and Weavy
* Experience with leading AI models: Nanobanana, Seedream, Kling, and similar platforms
* Proven ability to build custom workflows and design orchestration tools
* Track record of delivering high-quality assets at scale (batching, consistency, deadlines)
Background (Required — in order of preference)
1. Fashion photography (commercial, e-commerce, studio) — strongly preferred
2. Graphic design with fashion industry experience — acceptable alternative
3. Art direction with strong fashion aesthetics and commercial portfolio
Preferred Qualifications
* Prompt engineering depth, model fine-tuning, LoRA training, or advanced workflow optimization
* Experience mentoring or leading creative teams
* Degree in Fashion, Arts, or Photography (not required if portfolio and experience are strong)
